What you can do with our content
You are welcome to read, share, and forward our articles and public resources. The Legal AI Playbook and any downloadable materials are licensed for your firm's internal review and use. You may not republish, resell, or distribute our content outside your organization without our written permission.

Form submissions and communications

Engagements
These terms govern site use only. Any consulting, workshop, speaking, or case-support engagement with Intelligence by Intent is governed by the separate engagement agreement signed between us and your firm.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
Changes
We may update these terms over time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
