Work with meSpeakingInsightsAbout Let's talk

Build it into the way you work.

Choose a useful workflow. I help build it, test the output, and train the people who will use it, with data boundaries and review built in. When a matter cannot wait, I do the work alongside your team and hand over something your attorneys can check.

What I build

Work worth doing properly.

Some tasks should not be improvised in a chat window. These are the ones I build as workflows your team can run, repeat, and check.

Chronologies and issue maps

Timelines and issue structures built from thousands of emails, records, and filings, each entry traceable back to its source.

Document and discovery review

Large record sets processed and summarized so your team finds what matters before the deadline, not after.

Drafting and intake workflows

The repeatable work that eats a week: first drafts to your standard, intake that captures what the matter needs, summaries in the shape your team already uses.

Exhibit and transcript workflows

Exhibit organization for trial preparation, and deposition-transcript summarization across multi-party litigation.

How the work runs

Scope, build, test, hand over.

Three steps, in that order. The first one is where most AI projects skip ahead, and it is the one that decides whether the result can be trusted.

01

Scope the workflow

I pick one task with you that is worth doing properly, agree on what good output looks like, and write down what may and may not go into the tool. Data boundaries start here, not after.

02

Build and test it on your material

I build the workflow on your real documents and test the output against what your team would have produced by hand. Conflicts and gaps get surfaced, not smoothed over.

03

Train the people who will run it

The attorneys and staff who own the work learn to run it, check it, and know when to stop trusting it. You keep the process, the checks, and the documentation.

A closer look at the work

Useful output. Visible sources. Human judgment.

A document workflow should help your team find the facts and check the result. Here is a simple example of the standard I build toward.

  1. 01 Preserve and organize the record. Keep the source files intact. Establish what is in the collection and what might be missing.
  2. 02 Produce a traceable draft. Extract the relevant events and connect each entry to its source. Surface conflicts instead of smoothing them over.
  3. 03 Review before relying on it. The team checks the evidence, resolves open questions, and decides what the work supports.

Fictional matter

Delivery chronology

12 May 2026
Buyer requests an updated delivery schedule. Source: Email correspondence, p. 4
14 May 2026
Supplier proposes delivery on 18 May. The record does not establish when it arrived. Source: Email correspondence, p. 7
19 May 2026
Receiving staff sign the delivery receipt. Source: Delivery records, p. 2

Question for review. The proposed delivery date and the receipt date differ. Check the receiving log before treating either as the actual arrival date.

All dates, records, and excerpts in this example are fictional. This is a sample deliverable, not a client result or a live software product.

The same approach applies to drafting, financial records, recurring reports, and the operational work that keeps a firm running.

For a matter already underway

When a matter can't wait.

  • A discovery production that has to be processed before a deadline
  • A timeline that has to be built from thousands of emails or financial records
  • Exhibit organization for trial preparation
  • Deposition transcripts to summarize across a multi-party case
  • Due diligence review on a compressed deal timeline
